If you are scheduling an annual exam or another appointment where lab work is likely needed and you have not heard from me, please send me a message requesting any necessary lab orders. If you need to be seen on a day when I am not in the office, click here for recommended urgent care locations or contact me for potential availability. If you have not formally registered with the practice and received confirmation, do not schedule an appointment. I am no longer accepting patients in the practice.
